Water Lilly Pharmacy delivers its pharmaceutical care under the direction of Gorjana, PharmD, CSP, PDM, Director of Pharmacy Services, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes. Gorjana and the team are dedicated to being a trusted resource for their patients, always available to provide guidance, support, and personalized attention. Through patient education and collaborative relationships with caregivers and prescribers, we strive to drive improved health outcomes and elevate the standard of service.

New Patients: To ensure a seamless experience, please call our pharmacy as soon as you leave your doctor’s office to provide your pharmacy insurance information. This allows our team to process your prescriptions promptly and have them ready by the time you arrive.

Not sure what is the information our pharmacy needs in order to process your medications through insurance?
There are 5 things we need:
1. BIN number or plan code (a six digits number)
2. Member ID
3. Rx group number
4. Rx PCN number
5. Whether you are a cardholder/spouse or a dependent (the codes will be either 01,02,03 or 04)
